How do you ensure a clean and healthy facility?

Sanitation starts with one-piece impermeable floors specially designed for pet care facilities! Our training room has a one piece non-slip 3/8′ impermeable Protect-All rubber membrane. The floors in the rest of our facility are a continuous five layer quartz epoxy flooring system. All of the epoxy is 100% solids industrial coatings. We do not use the old-fashioned (and often unsanitary) mop and bucket system. Rather, we have a centralized Aqua-Air Wet/ Dry Cleaning System where hot water is mixed with cleaning solutions as it is sprayed onto all dirty surfaces. The vacuum head then rinses with clean hot water and the contaminants are vacuumed directly into the sewer. The process leaves surfaces clean, residue-free and dry.

What happens if you find fleas on my pet?

We require that your pet receive immediate treatment if fleas are found on your pet. After an evaluation by our Veterinarian to ensure that your pet is healthy enough to receive treatment, your pet will be administered a Capstar Flea Tablet. It begins working within 30 minutes, will kill all adult fleas within 4 hours of administration, and lasts 24 hours. A monthly flea preventative is highly recommended following this initial treatment.
